A Las Vegas native, Colleen graduated from Bishop Gorman and received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Philosophy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She graduated from Creighton University School of Law and previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Rob Bare in the Eighth Judicial District Court.
Colleen has a broad range of experience in federal and state court defending criminal cases and litigating complex civil matters. She has litigated federal criminal cases across the United States including Nevada, Arizona, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Florida and Missouri ranging from white collar crimes to capital murder. Colleen is an active member of the community, and currently serves as the Secretary on the Board of Directors for Boys Town Nevada, a renowned national charity with a century-long legacy of supporting children and families for over 100 years.
In addition to her criminal defense practice, Colleen has a proven track record in handling complex civil litigation, including cases involving wrongful death and products liability. She also routinely handles administrative disputes, representing licensed medical professionals in proceedings before the Nevada State Board. Colleen has adeptly defended businesses facing prosecution by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and frequently assists companies in navigating the process of securing licensing with regulatory agencies.
