Danielle Dumire is an attorney at Sgro & Roger, dedicated to representing clients in a range of personal injury, civil litigation, and criminal matters. A trailblazer in her family, Danielle was the first in her family to attend college, graduating from the University of California Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Global Peace and Security. As a proud Las Vegas native, Danielle returned to the Valley to further her legal education. She graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas William S. Boyd School of Law. During her time in law school, Danielle excelled academically and professionally; she externed for the Honorable Judge Stefany Miley and Judge Eric Johnson, teaching guardianship classes to the public, and earning a CALI Award for Excellence in Dispute Systems Design.


Danielle joined the firm following her judicial clerkship with the Honorable Judge Eric Johnson in the Eighth Judicial District Court. During her term, she assisted the Court render decisions in various civil and criminal matters. She gained extensive trial experience in complex litigation including medical malpractice, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and felony criminal cases.


Danielle is admitted to practice in the State Bar of Nevada, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, allowing her to represent clients in a range of legal forums.
