Colleen’s practice focuses on complex civil and business litigation in Nevada’s state and federal courts, particularly wrongful-death and products-liability matters. She also handles administrative and regulatory disputes, representing licensed medical professionals before the Nevada State Board, guiding companies through state and local licensing, and defending employers in Equal Employment Opportunity Commission proceedings. In addition to her civil work, Colleen maintains a robust criminal-defense practice. She has litigated federal cases across the country including in Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Missouri, ranging from complex white-collar crimes to capital murder cases. A native Las Vegan and Bishop Gorman graduate, Colleen earned her bachelor's degree in criminal justice and philosophy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and her law degree from Creighton University, followed by a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Rob Bare in the Eighth Judicial District Court. Colleen is active in the community and serves as the Chair-Elect on the Board of Directors for Boys Town Nevada, a nationally recognized nonprofit supporting children and families for more than a century.
