Keith Williams

For more than eighteen years, Mr. Williams has advised and represented hundreds of clients across a wide spectrum of business matters, ranging from individuals considering start-ups to some of the world’s largest privately and publicly held companies. At Sgro and Roger, his practice continues to include contract negotiation and drafting, deal structuring, business formation, shareholder and partnership disputes, commercial and real estate litigation, government contracts, international business matters, and all core areas of the gaming industry. Mr. Williams has also held significant leadership roles in various business entities. He has served as Head of Legal, North America, for a rapidly growing start-up, guiding its expansion to over 400 employees and more than $200 million in annual revenue. He later co-founded and served as President and counsel of a gaming company that completed one of Nasdaq’s most successful IPOs of 2021. His peers have consistently recognized his excellence.
