Kevin Kampschror

Kevin received his Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2002, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2013. Kevin was an editor on Law Review and, among several academic awards, was named one of Who's Who in America's Universities and Colleges in 2013. While in law school, Kevin worked with the San Diego County Public Defender and represented many defendants in various capacities ranging from high-profile homicide, sex offenses, serious felonies, and lower-level felonies. Kevin's litigation skills developed further as he focused specifically on workers' compensation and criminal defense. Kevin has a background in performance, which makes him a very effective advocate in front of judges and juries alike. Kevin has represented nearly 10,000 injured workers before the Hearings Officers, Appeals Officers, as well as the District Court and the Nevada Supreme Court. He also had an extensive business background before becoming an attorney and served in executive management with a Fortune 500 company. Before joining Sgro & Roger, Kevin was a Partner with two workers' compensation law firms, where he focused almost exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation. Kevin strives to give back to the community, and has been recognized by the Legal Aid of Southern Nevada as being in the Top 50 Club for pro bono hours. Kevin also volunteers as a Mediator for inmate civil rights lawsuits, and the Children's Attorneys Project representing foster children. Memberships include the Executive Board for the Anti-Defamation League ("ADL") Nevada as well as the National Commission, Nevada Justice Association ("NJA"), and Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice, has also served on the Center Foundation Board, Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group, Nevada Disability Prevention Coalition, the Nevada Jewish Bar Association, and he is the former Chair of the LGBTQ section of the Nevada State Bar. Kevin received the Rising Star Award in 2023 and in 2025, was awarded the national Daniel Ginsberg Award from ADL. Kevin has been published multiple times in Nevada's legal publications.
