Marc Kustner

Marc was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. After graduating from the Advanced Technologies Academy, he attended the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with a degree in Classical Studies in 2003. Prior to attending law school, Marc worked first as a Risk Management Specialist for a national car rental company before expanding his horizons to work on both the franchisor and franchisee side of a national restaurant concept, in both Las Vegas, Nevada as well as eastern lowa. Despite his continued success in the business world, he knew that he wanted to further his education. To further such goals, Marc decided to attend UNLV's William S. Boyd School of Law, where he served as Treasurer of Boyd's Student Bar Association, President of the prestigious Society of Advocates, as President of the Criminal Law Society. He ultimately obtained his Juris Doctor in 2019, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Afterwards, he worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Stefany Miley in Nevada's Eighth Judicial District Court. Today, Marc focuses his practice on estate and business planning, probate, and trust administration. He has worked with numerous individuals from across the country to develop personalized estate plans focusing on creditor protection, probate avoidance, and estate tax mitigation.
