Michael Hill

Michael was raised in Las Vegas and has called this his home virtually his entire life. Michael graduated from UNLV with a degree in Criminal Justice and went on to attend the William S. Boyd School of Law also at UNLV, where he served on the board of the Criminal Law Society. Following law school, Michael clerked in the Eighth Judicial District Court for the Honorable Judge Stefany Miley. After passing the bar, Michael joined the Clark County District Attorney’s Office as a Deputy District Attorney, where he gained valuable courtroom litigation experience as he was involved in the prosecution of a wide variety of cases. He then entered the private sector where he practiced criminal defense and civil litigation. Since joining Sgro and Roger, he has put his courtroom experience to use. Not only does he continue to practice criminal defense, but he has transferred those valuable courtroom skills to the civil litigation arena as well. In his free time, he restores and drives exotic cars, stemming from his prior experience as a high performance driving instructor for the Porsche Club of America.
